Radford Park Saturday 28 February
- Jeanette Kirby (24th Feb 2015 - 10:14:13)

Another work party is planned for this Saturday morning 10 til 12.30. Clearing brush and rhododendron and having a bonfire. Meet on the footpath past the duck pond, adjacent to Bramshott Place Village. Please wear old clothes, sturdy footwear and strong gloves. loppers and bow saws will be useful.

Still on for Saturday. Forecast now says might have a shower so wet weather gear just in case. Please bring your own flasks/water this time as the work site is a bit too far from the parking area. Many thanks to everyone who is planning to come along.

Thank you everyone who came to the work party this morning. A dozen hardy volunteers who seemed to enjoy the damp, mud and bonfire. We achieved another good length of clearing in a few hours, so many thanks again.

Well done!

Thanks for all the volunteers and hard work that goes into maintaining Radford park.

As a family we really enjoy the space, we take our well behaved dog there (off the lead) and our young son (off his lead too!) and just love the wildlife and walks.

Much appreciated and I'm out of caring for kiddo on a Saturday morning I'll come along and lend a hand too.

Thank you again.
