One space available in postnatal exercise class: Liphook

Hi all,
My postnatal exercise class has been full the past two terms, but I now have one space available for Tuesdays 11am - 12pm at the Scout Hall, opposite Sainsburys, which would be great to offer to a local mum who has had her postnatal check up to the age of walking.
We combine yoga and pilates based stretches to work on abdominal core strength and toning the body. Baby joins in too with some gentle baby yoga!
