CARNIVAL PROGRAMME

Dear All
Some of you may be wondering where your Carnival programme is this year as it hasn't yet plopped onto your door mat. Well alas, with the economic downturn and lack of willing volunteers to help with the huge task of delivering them to a greatly increased number of houses than say 15 years ago (!), we have asked our kind sponsors The Herald to help us out this year. Next week (week ending 9th October) you will find your copy of the programme tucked inside the Liphook Herald.
