Yoga classes - jen (4th Feb 2015 - 17:01:36) Can anyone recommend a local yoga class? Preferably a pay-as-you-go one! And not a Wednesday evening!

I also run Pilates classes there on a Monday morning. Unfortunately I work full time and can't attend the wealth of classes in working hours. The only class I have found is pilates in Steep on a Saturday morning but I much prefer yoga and love the energy of a class.

Re: Yoga classes - Roger (14th Feb 2015 - 12:04:24) There's a Hatha Yoga class on Thursdays at 7.00 in Liphook Village Hall. It's a pay as you go and is a fun class. It's run by Melinda at 07966 173961.
