Suspicious Behaviour of Door to door enquirers - Sumi Olson (3rd Sep 2009 - 21:12:27) Just a quick warning about the experience of our neighbours and ourselves this evening. Two women with no IDs or carrying any kind of paperwork- one Black, one Asian with a silver headscarf with two contradictory stories as to why they were at our doors. The Asian girl asked our neighbour if they had a TV licence, the other asked us whether we had a BT landline as she was representing Virgin Media who were doing deals on phone & broadband. Very casual about it they were too...They appeared to have spent the evening on the Malthouse Meadows estate. My neighbour phoned 101 and spoke to someone who agreed that this was suspicious behaviour - please be aware if you are approached in a similar way. Sumi

Re: Suspicious Behaviour of Door to door enquirers - Katy Clarke (4th Sep 2009 - 09:18:55) We had the Asian girl with the headscarf round our estate (Sainsurys) this week too, she was apparently trying to switch from BT to Talk Talk- she obviously works for a lot of companies! Soon sent her on her way but will keep an eye out for her. Katy
