Help needed! - Beth (21st Sep 2004 - 18:58:42) For those of you looking to get involved in Liphook life! For some time now Liphook Guides have suffered from a shortage of volunteers to help run its units for young girls. For this reason there is now only one Rainbow Guide unit running in the village (for ages 5-7). We are hoping to change this and open up a new unit in November. Plans are already afoot to get the unit up and running, unfortunately, as always the problem that we have is willing helpers. We are looking for people to give up an hour a week, fortnight or month of their time, to help us run the unit. You would need to be CRB checked of course, but the benefit is huge rewards when the girls are clearly having a lot of fun.
