Local Taxi Company - Opinions sought - Richard Robertson (18th Aug 2009 - 15:02:51) Hello Can any readers recommend a taxi service that is reliable friendly and efficient and also accepts travel tokens, as due to unforeseen circumstances we need to find a replacement taxi that can take a wheelchair (collapsable) to Gatwick airport Please don't respond if you actually run a taxi company. I am looking for customers opinions (good or bad).

I try to use Ian's private hire 01428 729402, dont think he takes tokens and is always booked up, reason for use always on time and also long term friend. If I cant get Ian then I will call Courtsey Cars, always have fantastic service from Pete and his company and have never been let down 01428 723723 If they both fail then I will call Lipook Cars.725483 Always stay clear of Apple Cars

Re: Local Taxi Company - Opinions sought - Richard Robertson (17th Nov 2009 - 15:09:52) After being told about them by Ian we used 'OUT 'N' ABOUT' Private Hire (email onaprivatehire@tiscali.co.uk mobile 07810 293879) I have to say they were really good and I would certainly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. We used the company for an airport run and they were excellent. Spacious vehicle, efficient staff and space for three large suitcases a wheelchair and three passengers (plus room to spare!!), vehicle clean and tidy and really good people skills from our driver (Derek Cloud v.good) Overall a worthy addition to the growing range of services that Liphook can be proud to have serving them in all walks of life Richard
