Found tabby cat Longmoor Road area
- Woodland Veterinary Centre (16th Jan 2015 - 09:32:19)

Hello, A beautiful un neutered male, tabby and white (mainly tabby) short haired cat was brought into Woodlands Veterinary Centre on Headley Road, Liphook yesterday late afternoon. Unfortunately he has been involved in a road traffic accident. He is currently in a stable condition and receiving supportive care at Woodlands Veterinary Centre at Midhurst. He has sustained some injuries to his "back end" area possibly involving his spine and pelvis and we plan to x-ray him today to find out the full extent of his injuries. He was found at the top of Longmoor Road in Liphook opposite the Anchor Pub. He is approx. 7/8 years old, he has no collar, he is microchipped but unfortunately the microchip details are incorrect. If anyone can help reunite this lovely boy with his owner please contact Woodlands Vet Centre Liphook on 01428 723595 or Woodland Vet Centre Midhurst on 01730 814321.

If you need a foster home for him until he is better, just shout out.

Dear Dawn,

Thank you for your kind offer. We have taken x-rays which showed a broken pelvis, dislocated leg and thorax injury. He has been on intensive care treatment and initially improving but sadly his lungs detoriated and it was the kindest thing to put him to sleep.

Kind regards,
Hans Schultheiss
