I cannot help with the newspapers as they have all gone for recycling. My daughter is interested in getting another dog, what breed are the puppies please.

So sorry but can't give you this info because they are my daughter's puppies and they are a rare (for that read very expensive! - sorry not being snotty) breed and most of them are already reserved via the Kennel Club.

For info my mobile appears to have given up the ghost grrrh!!! so landline with a/phone 01428 481261 - I promise I will ring you back. Amazing how many papers eight pups go through each day to keep them clean. Thanks to all in hope. Glynis

Try Gables,

When I was after some, they were able to give me old copies of the post. they can't give you old copies of other papers as they are returned but can with the post. They are lovely so sure they wont mind you asking.

Also, they may have some old metros at station - worth an ask.

Linda I do believe the puppies are Shar Pei, not a breed to be taken lightly!
If you are looking for a family dog, the good old Labrador or Golden Retriever are always good choices!
Good luck with whatever breed you decide to go with.x

I've tried phoning you a number of times, I've left 2 messages (1 on mobile & 1 on land number). Do you still want Newspapers? I need to know where to take them. If not they will go in recycle bin.
Can you either return my call or post on here. I need them out of the way really.

Hi, if the op does not want the papers I would be very grateful for them to line my rabbit hutch and guinea pig hutch!
My e mail is... rachel.j.stephens@googlemail.com If you make contact, I will tell you where to drop them off.
Thanks. x

Rachel, as I clearly stated I did not want to say what breed my daughter's puppies were, PLEASE may I ask you to try to remove your post stating their breed. Thank you Glynis

This is becoming a very amusing thread!

Sorry Glynis, I honestly did not realise you were keeping the breed a secret!
Hope they are all doing well and thriving. x

Re: Newspapers Please???
- Rachel (8th Jan 2015 - 21:25:02)

Glynis, I have already said sorry for divulging your daughters puppies breed! I think it was very unkind of you to send me such a nasty personal e mail! I really did not realise the breed was so top secret especially as other members of your family are going around the village happily telling all and sundry what breed they are!
I do not know where you live so accusing me of putting the puppies lives at risk from dog nappers is just cruel and unnecessary.
As I said in my previous post, I hope all puppies are well and thriving.

Re: Newspapers Please???
- Glynis (8th Jan 2015 - 22:33:41)

Thanks for the apology Rachel BUT it was not a case of "keeping it secret" but a case of avoiding dog nappers and unscrupulous people who may be looking for this kind of info.Pleased Ian finds the thread interesting! Apologies to lady who I did not phone back - have been laid up with flu and didn't realise I had ansaphone messages. Thanks also to others for suggestions - I will beg in Gables.
