Marquee needed

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows of someone who might have a marquee to hire or for sale, I need one about 30'x40' or thereabouts for a party of 70 or so people. I have been quoted some unbelievable rates from hire companies.

When I hired one for my mums wedding I went for a Capri style as they are much cheaper and look great. Not sure if this is out your range but worth a look
