Lovely Pilates class Thursday 10-11 in Guides hall at Millennium centre. Makes you more flexible without too much strain to ease you back into things. Could then top up with more vigorous exercise if needed but don\'t be fooled - Pilates isn\'t easy - you just work at your own level!

Zannah offers Pilates on a Monday and Yoga on a Tuesday at the Guide Hall- call her 07710 328844
Also check Old Thorns, off peak membership for the month is £49 per month which is very good value for the classes, gym and swimming. It depends how much you would use it. I use it at least x2 classes a week, one Pilates and one yoga. Zannah does the Pilates and yoga classes there also.

Hi paul
We generally pay by the term - I imagine so that Karen knows she can afford the hall rental rec but she has always said that if we can't make the Thursday class we can go to one of the others that she runs in the area instead.
I am sure initially you can pay as you go to see if you like the class and then discuss with Karen.
We start back on Thursday - just bring a mat (the floor is hard!) and a cushion to rest head on during some exercises.
Hope to see you there! Karen's number is 01730 894061.

The "new" Herons has just opened in Haslemere!
I am a member and it costs me £21 a month to use the whole centre. There are lots of exercise classes to choose from, all covered by the membership. There is also a lovely new sauna and steam room to relax in afterwards.

I just clicked on the link for the Herons (not called Herons any more) which is the leisure centre at Wey Hill. From the price list, classes are under £7 but a 'full centre membership' is also about £12 per week - which covers unlimited classes unlimited swimming & aqua classes and unlimited weights/gym. So if you are having more than 2 classes a week that's a bit of a no-brainer.
M Body Pump, Body Balance, Body Attack, Insanity, Body Pump
T Legs, Tums & Bums, Zumba, Step, Fitness Yoga
W Body Step, Combat Fit, Body Pump, Body Balance, Insanity
Th Legs, Tums & Bums, Gym Fit, Body Balance
F Body Attack, Body Pump, Body Attack
S Insanity
Sn Power Yoga

www.surreyfitnesscamps.com - Brilliant, but you may feel like throwing up at some point, it\'s pretty hardcore.
