Re: For Sale: 2009 Mini Cooper Diesel - Richard (21st Dec 2014 - 17:20:35) Sorry to raise an issue, but from memory you are not in a position to sell it until the Finance Co has been paid (They own the vehicle). If a buyer does an HPi check on the vehicle the finance will show, and this needs to be removed first
