Bike theft?

A red ladies bike with a front wicker basket has been sitting at the end of a driveway near the junction of Church Lane and Tunbridge Lane in Bramshott for several days. Back tyre has come off so maybe just abandoned but perhaps someone is looking for it.

Elizabeth,
I would like to let you know the bike has been returned to it owner.
The bike was stolen from its owner in Liphook within the last 2 weeks.
I am very thankful for your time and help to reunited the bike back to its owners, whom are very happy to see safe return of such a simple but important part of everyday life.
