Potholes

About 3 weeks ago I was concerned about the potholes in Newtown Road. Having checked the map available on the council website and finding that is one of their roads, I sent an e mail reporting the potholes. I received a courteous reply within a short time, a following e mail to say that the contractors had been asked to inspect and another e mail to tell me that the work had been done. ( maybe not to perfection but an improvement on the biggest holes - which is probably what they can afford at present. I recommend this method of reporting to anyone else who has concerns about their road.
