Postnatal exercise classes for mums and babies

Hi everyone,
Just to let you know that I am starting up mum and baby postnatal exercise classes combining pilates and yoga for mums with babies under a year old. (Babies join in too with gentle yoga for them!)
They will be held at the Scout Hall in Liphook, opposite Sainsburys from the 2 December, Tuesdays 11am - 12pm. I run them in Liss already, but this class is full with a waiting list - hence the need for another class! £5 per class, first class is free.

We has a lovely first postnatal exercise class today with a group of mums! There are still spaces, either for the next two weeks or you can start up in January. First class is free! Contact me on nct_postnatal@yahoo.co.uk
