Interrupted television signal
- Karen (1st Nov 2014 - 20:52:53)

Is anyone else in central Liphook experiencing difficulties receiving a signal on their television. We have had interrupted signal since Thursday and this evening it is unwatchable (not that there's anything to watch!). Or is it our telly?

We had the same, and had to have a new amplifier box in the loft as it had lost the signal on all of our freeview TV, I did notice that they had been doing engineering work on the transmitter in Midhurst on Thursday,it cost us £60.00. Not sure if they upgraded the transmitter.

The best solution is Freesat. Cheap and free from normal terrestrial aerial problems. You can also include Sky too if you wish. I went this way and have had no more problems. It is the best solution for the Liphook area.
