Local Handyman Recommendations

Hi
I have 3 jobs that need done that are beyond my skillset and I'd appreciate local recommendations please. Ideally I'm hoping for 1 person who can do all 3, but I'm equally happy with 3 different people.
1. The wood around a window (approx 100cm x 70cm) in my brick garage is rotten. It needs to be replaced and hopefully reuse the existing glass.
2. Wooden fence panel has blown down. New panel & wooden upright need to be sourced and installed.
3. Gutter on 2 story house leaks at the corner when it rains heavily. Something has come undone I suspect.
