Humalog Luxura Diabetic applicator found

Just found in Headley Road.
Looks like an oversized fountain pen.
Its an hyperdermic applicator for diabetes and is filled with a clear liquid with an adjustable ring.

Tried to call Whitehill police to see if anyone had reported it lost but no reply.
I will drop it into the chemist tomorrow as I assume that's where the insulin liquid part of the pen with attached hypodermic comes from.
Will alert doctors surgery as well.
