Playhouse/Wendy House

We have a 5ft square wendy house/ playhouse the roof needs replacing as (we replaced it with chipboard and its sagging) there are a few rotten slats around the bottom, easy to repair. Needs to go this weekend - just looking for a bit of pocket money for the children.
Can send photos - please call/text as I prob wont get chance to check back on here until this evening
