the yellow lines that havent appeared?

does anyone know when the yellow lines were meant to be going up around the school. i had thought they were going to be done ready for 1st day back, but this morning no sign. are they coming or not?

I have been wandering this too! There seemed to be a lot of talk about the lines before the summer holiday!

The law giving the local councils these powers does not come into force until November. So we can expect a nice Christmas present!!
