Vodaphone signal Liphook - Angela (15th Aug 2014 - 18:56:09)
Just wondered if anyone is having problems in Liphook with vodaphone signals.
My mobile phone has had no signal for three days.
Thanks

I have signal but have had problems with absolutely no internet outside of the house away from my wifi.
Called Vodafone today and they said it's a problem with Apple at the moment rather than them and got me to do a network reset on the phone. It worked and everything is working perfectly again now. Not sure if you have the same problem but IF you have an iPhone then try a hard reset and resetting the network settings.

I too have had some problems! At first I thought it was my actual phone because it is so old. But the signel seems to come and go as it feels like!

Vodafone are currently doing some upragdes to the local mast.
They are putting in better masts and 4G into Liphook. My contact has just been changed to a 4G one as Vodafone are trying to compete with EE.
Would go to their website and do a live help request. they will require your account details but should be able to help you.
Have a look at the following link, currently doesn't show any work being done but you never know.
Haven't been able to phone or text for 2 days. I expect they'd like us to keep paying though.

I always have had Vodafone signal strength problems in Liphook and the only fix is to get a sure signal booster from them at a cost of £99.00. The only problem with it is that it is only good within your house where the Sure Signal is connected to your router.
The same goes for the land based TV signal and I ended up going for FreeSat to fix the problem.

When this happened a year or so ago I had a chat with Vodafone customer services and made a bit of a song and dance about it.
The end result was that they sent me a Sure Signal box FOC....
Anyone having problems should contact them and push for this as they're not providing the service you're paying for.
Good luck!

Thanks so much for all the replies.
I eventually turned my iPhone off and then on again and hey presto it's now working.
