Moving to Liphook - silvana (14th Aug 2014 - 14:42:54) Hello, my husband and I will be hopefully moving to Liphook very soon. Keeping our fingers crossed for a smooth exchange of contracts : ) Our move is quite a big one for us as we're moving away from family and a dreaded commute to work for me...albeit at weekends and bank hols thank goodness. Absolutely fell in love with the place at first sight, and the lure of excellent schools certainly sealed it for us. Our boys are 10, 5 and 2 so would be very grateful for any advice/tips with regards schools/ clubs etc. Am very apprehensive about imminent move but very excited at the prospect of a fresh start for the family. Definitely a case of 'in at the deep end!'... Many thanks for reading the post, Silvana.

Re: Moving to Liphook - DML (14th Aug 2014 - 16:04:19) Welcome to Liphook Silvana, I hope you'll be very happy here - I've lived here 30-odd years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I'm sure you'll have lots of replies to your post, but can I also suggest you type 'Moving to Liphook' into the 'search talkback' box as there are already loads of replies on the subject which you might also find useful.
