Mobile phone needed

My wife's mobile phone is playing up and so have decided its time to get her another one. Don't want to buy a contract phone as have SIM only deal on three network, so just need a handset (unlocked or able to be unlocked).
Does anyone have a good quality (touch screen) handset that they are no longer using for a modest price (perhaps you've just upgraded and your previous handset is just sitting in your drawer gathering dust).
