Hi, what sort of door do you require? Wood, uPVC, composite?

Neil White from White Joinery on Longmoor Road has just fitted a new front door for us. Would recommend him.

If you are after UPVCor composite I would recommend Simon of Sian Property Improvements. Local company that I've used. 07929367980

Hi Barbara, your choice of door depends on several things. If you are working on a limited budget then generally a smooth finish uPVC will offer the best value for money and offer minimal maintenance. Composite doors are generally 15-20% more than standard uPVC, offer minimal maintenance with the added benefit of wood effect grains and three dimensional panelling. Timber is generally at the top end price-wise but without doubt offers the widest range of choice and design - the only potential downside can be the materials natural tendency to move and the need to re-paint/stain periodically. I hope this helps. If you would like to talk in more detail please let me know.
