Internet signal keeps dropping - anyone else?

It's BT and yesterday and today has been constantly dropping in and out. Anyone else having problems? I've checked their website and there's not supposed to be anything in this area unless we come under Fareham or Portsmouth!

I keep losing Internet connection but only for a few seconds at a time.

would this be affecting the BT Vision freeview box?
Ours is completely screwed up in recent days.
