The Liphook Artisan and Community Market - new name, new venue! - Sumi Olson (7th Jul 2014 - 10:35:13) The Liphook Monthly Market is changing! Originally proposed and organised by the energetic and visionary Ben Govier of Dylan's Ice cream, the Liphook market has offered villagers the opportunity to enjoy locally produce food and craft items. Building on this success, the market has been renamed The Liphook Artisan and Community Market, and will be based at the Liphook Scout and Guide Hall from September. The markets will be held on the second Saturday of each month. The new opening hours are 10 to 2. Each month, local artisan, businesses, and craft makers in the Hampshire/Surrey/west Sussex border area ( Petersfield/ Haslemere/ Midhurst and A3 corridor) will sell and hold taster sessions/demonstrations. There will be food stalls, craft items, hair braiding, gift items, much, much more! The website page will be updated shortly and a Facebook page will feature the artisans and businesses involved. We hope you continue to support this important community enterprise which supports local businesses and artisans.
