Renault Garage - Debbie (4th Jul 2014 - 18:27:06) The window on my Renault got stuck in the down position today and I rang the Renault garage in Liphook but they told me they are no longer a Renault garage but suggested that I take it to either Rogate, Portsmouth or Aldershot. I rang up Rogate and they said no problem bring it in this afternoon we'll make you a cup of coffee and take a look and if we can't fix it today we'll make sure it's sealed. I took it there this afternoon and saw Mike in the servicing department who I'd spoken to on the phone earlier and he took my keys, showed me a seat and true to his word offered me a cup of coffee. 15 mins later my cars fixed and I'm on my way home! So if you need a new Renault garage I'd highly recommend them warm, welcoming and very efficient!

Yes it is true we are no longer a Renault dealership as are many other dealerships across the country and Mike @ Rogate had contacted me to kindly offer his services for all warranty work. We are more than happy to help all our Renault customers in any way we can. Including taking your vehicle to a dealership for you if you are unable to do so yourself at no extra charge. All our current Renault trained technicians are still here and can still offer you the same high level of service we now also have a dedicated waiting room with tea and coffee facilities.
