Dangerous driving in Liphook rec car park

To whoever was in the N reg Silver Subaru Impreza with the loud exhaust on Saturday lunch time....
Accelerating through the car park flat out when there are kids and other users around is dangerous and you'll kill someone if you keep driving like that. Calm it down.
And no I'm not a boring middle aged resident; I had a much nicer, less chavvy 2007 Impreza just a few years ago ;)
