The focus of the café is on healthy children’s food and lunch for adults too. This role would suit college catering student. As Sous Chef your responsibilities will include: • Working with fresh produce only • Leading by example to ensure that the standards of cooking, presentation and service are implemented to Company standard • Set, monitor and maintain appropriate opening and closing procedures, including cleaning rotas • Direct and maintain hygiene standards to meet Company Food Safety • Ensure all wastage is kept to a minimum and recorded • Ensure that catering procedures are implemented • Create proposals to the Hen-House Director regarding menu planning If you have the desired qualities and feel you could become our new Sous Chef, please apply now with your current CV, we look forward to hearing from you.
