Family friendly pub
- SC (9th May 2014 - 11:05:11)

I am looking for a venue for a meal for a special family birthday.

I would welcome any recommendations for family friendly pubs, serving good food and with an enclosed garden and play area, within a 10 mile radius of Liphook.

The Duke of Cambridge in Tilford is lovely, especially nice if the weather is warm because they have super outside seating (with heaters). They do also have a lovely inside restaurant and a fantastic play area.

Whiteley's Family Restaurant isn't far from Liphook, a straight road out in Standford Hampshire GU35 8RA
01428 751635. It also has an indoor children's soft play area with ball pond, slide and climbing area, you can enjoy your meal whilst keeping an eye on the children.

It is up for sale at the moment, but still running as a business.

Spread Eagle in Liss is nice, they've got a trampoline and tree house and loads of outdoor space, nice for a hot day with young kids. The owners have young children themselves, so very welcoming.

Hi,

I'd try The Rising Sun in Milland, can't fault it and a step up from the norm, likewise try The Deers Hut and also the Links Tavern.
