Great keep fit classes - jen (8th May 2014 - 14:47:25) I would like everybody to know that Kath is still running her fantastic keep fit classes in Liphook. Some people may be under the misapprehension that as Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness is no longer around that Kath's classes stopped. I'm happy to say that Kath is now operating independently and she has two classes in Liphook - Monday 6pm in Liphook Village Hall and Wednesday 6.15pm in the Millenium Hall - as well as others in Petersfield and Greatham as before. We all have great fun at the classes, it's friendly and a bit of a laugh, but also good exercise. So come along and get fit! Kath's number is 07788414393.

Re: Great keep fit classes - Jen (12th May 2014 - 14:32:46) Just a reminder to everyone that the Grayshott Monday evening keep fit classes are no longer running but have been replaced by two classes at Liphook Village Hall starting from 6pm Monday evening.
