Wow what a week ... - Finchie (5th Feb 2009 - 00:16:47) I pop over to the US for a few days and return to find the whole world has gone mad (actually Liphook mainly)! Some troublemaking toerag spills the beans to the Mail and destroys a life. We need "Sneak Watch" to discourage such acts. Barry tries to auction motions. Steve is off - I have no idea where to - but I hope there is internet access to allow continued posting. Liphook will always be in your heart ! Phil keeps comparing our sleepy little dorp with Dubai. This one I really struggle with and probably missed a previous post. Was it related to our lack of sun, sand, oil and Russian lap dancers ? Not only is conception going on in Liphook Station, but also a birth ! A few of inches of snow brings the country to a halt. I had to listen to CNN take the mickey out of London for 48 hours (and the americans we were with). Thanks a lot ! Finally, I bet we don't make front page news - because of the weather we got stranded in Vegas and I missed my pilates (reference a previous thread about Front Page Herald news - a couple missing table tennis when stranded in Thailand !!). If I don't get contacted by either the Herald or Mail I will be most disappointed - surely that is discrimination ? A very cheery mid-winter "Cheers", Finchie
