Lawnmower Repair

Can anyone recommend someone who can service and repair a Hayter lawnmower. The lawnmower needs a general service, but the drive mechanism for the rear roller is not activating when the handle is pulled. It may be very simple to fix, but \I could not see anything obvious!

I saw the post regarding lawn mower repairs and thought I would try to contact Lloyd as I also have a Hayter in need of repair but the number came up as unrecognised. Lloyd, could you please re-post your number if you're interested in the repair in Liphook.
