Inside out houses

Have you seen the new houses being built on the corner of Tower Rd and Tower close?
They are being built inside out, all the walls are wooden and placed in position before the outside walls are built. Thank goodness the rain has eased off, or they would be soaked and be difficult to dry out. At least you can see the size and shape of the rooms without having to go inside.
Is this the new way to built houses now FLAT PACKED!

This is the standard way of building houses in America (all over so climate not an issue). It's quicker and cheaper than 'normal' construction. In the past insurers have had difficulties with these, but they are becoming more standard (even for flats!).
