Break-in attempt at Chiltlee Manor?

07/04/2014 15:00-ish.
A young-ish lad standing inside the door of a ground floor flat. Alarm going off, his hands seem to be doing something around the door-frame area.
He then shot across the lawns, very fast disappearing into the Parish Car Park.
He was white, slim, he seemed to be pulling down a dark blue pull-over over his red top. Trousers were very dark blue/black with much of what seemed like white paint at the back of the knees.
Less then an hour later the door was shut, no answer at the bell.
Any more on this one?
