Aerobics - Christine (23rd Jan 2009 - 14:35:52) Does anyone know of any aerobics classes in or near Liphook that take place on weeknight evenings (pref after 7pm)? Thanks!

Re: Aerobics - Dawn Hoskins (23rd Jan 2009 - 15:54:33) Hi there not quite aerobics, but I go to free style kick boxing at Bohunt on Monday eves. after years of doing keep fit etc I can gauruntee it is the best work out you'll ever have. Suits all ages and 1st class is free. Dawn

Re: Aerobics - Amanda (26th Jan 2009 - 21:15:03) There is an aerobics class at Bohunt School on a wednesday between 7 - 8pm in one of the drama rooms. I found out this information by chance last week and I am going to try it out this week. Have spoken to the lady who runs it as it is a typical aerobics class with a warm up, main session with a session on abs/legs bums tums and then a cool down. Hope this is useful!

Re: Aerobics - Dawn Hoskins (27th Jan 2009 - 10:23:55) Also, on my way back from kick boxing (about 9pm) I noticed people in the sports hall doing what looked like aerobics. They must have got too hot as the back door was open and I looked in as I was driving out. I wonder if Bohunt have an e-list - I know that they have a web site so it may be on there?
