Secure field wanted for dog exercise

Hi. We have two dogs, one loves to run but if she gets the scent of a deer, she will run off and we are worried that we will loose her. Sadly she therefore has to be on lead most of the time unless in a securely fenced area. Such a shame as she loves to run and play ball. We would like to rent a field or similar in the local area. We do not need water, shelter or good grazing and don't mind a bit of mud! We can always stock fence if needed. We mainly walk in the afternoon/evening if sharing use is an option.
