Office Space for rent - Karen F (4th Jan 2009 - 11:54:25) Happy New Year to you all! Trying to help somebody out who is looking to rent some office space? He is setting up his own business and will be operating on his own for the forseeable future so he does not need that much room! Location not really an issue (though fairly local would be good). Re: Office Space for rent - Sue W (4th Jan 2009 - 16:49:31) I dont know if this to too far out - or they have availability, but I work at the new Coxbridge Business park Farnham, just off the coxbridge roundabout on the A31. They have a purpose built set of offices for single use (so I have been informed), which can be let out on variable lease times, and they have a communinal reception area. Sorry I do not have the contact details but may be worth looking into. [editor - see Coxbridge Enterprise Centre - looks like it is fully occupied, but always worth calling them]

Re: Office Space for rent - Erin (5th Jan 2009 - 10:22:13) Chiltlee Manor usually has some vacant space. But if he has a garage or similar he could convert it may be worth doing so in the current financial climate!

I knew I could rely on you to help! Nice idea about the garage, but it would take a good six months just to clear the rubbish(!) and then install some form of heating and BT connection etc. etc. Karen

Re: Office Space for rent - Sue w (5th Jan 2009 - 18:54:49) I have just recalled the empty shop that 'Culture' used to have. Next to the Kabab shop on London Road. This is quite a small building, but would make a great office space!
