Oven Repair

Hi, I'm looking for someone to come out and look at a fault on my oven (gas hob, electric dual ovens). I'm not confident that the temperature in the top oven is correct and also the heater element is always on, very low, unless I turn it off at the mains.
Please lelt me know if you know of anyone who comes out to the house, and doesn't cost a fortune.
