3 bedroom character house to rent

We are renting out our beloved home as my husband's job has moved for 2 years.
The house is set back from the main road, has 3 bedrooms, front and rear garden, big kitchen, wood burning stove in lounge, and lots of beams. We are a few minutes walk from the Deer's Hut and well within the catchment area for Bohunt.

Many thanks for the interest. It is still available. We are about to market it on Rightmove etc for £1600.

I've just looked it up on Rightmove (out of curiosity).
It does look gorgeous and a great location. Have you considered a holiday let?
I only ask because I've got one similar that I let out in a gorgeous location in Hindhead near the punchbowl, I've often wondered if it would be better to put it with a holiday let company.
If anyone has any experience of that I'd be interested to hear their comments, especially if they've had experience with it.
