Argument in Sainsbury's

I was horrified to hear the way the Manager of Sainsbury's was spoken
to by an elderly woman in store on Friday.
There is a time & place to voice your complaints, and this person clearly has a lot to learn!
I hope the manager barred her in future.
Manners cost nothing!!

perhaps in her mind the issue was extremely important and had waited for the manager a long while? did you know what the issue was?

I wonder if it's the same lady who verbally abused & hit a member of staff in the co-op.
