Liphook in Bloom Litter Pick: Sunday 16th March - Philip Jordan (6th Mar 2014 - 14:37:40)
With spring around the corner it is time to clear away the winters accumulated litter and WE NEED YOUR HELP, please.
Passed experience has shown that a lot can be achieved in a morning to benefit us all.
DO YOU HAVE SOME TIME TO SPARE, IF ONLY FOR AN HOUR?
We gather at Midhurst Road Car Park at 9.30 a m ( on Sunday 16th March) to collect “pick sticks” and sacks. A car circulates the areas being cleared to collect filled sacks and keep pickers supplied. All you need to bring is a pair of stout gloves.
We all dislike the litter strewn around the community. Now’s our chance to help clear it away and start spring looking much cleaner.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR SUPPORT TO HELP CLEAR LIPHOOK's LITTER.
Should you require further information please call Philip Jordan on 724903.

Hope you got this date in your diary. The forecast is the weather will be lovely so what better way to spend a Sunday morning than helping our village to look good.

Liphook in Bloom would like to say a A BIG Thank You for every one that turned out this morning and helped to pick up the rubbish and make Liphook look good again. If you want to see just how much rubbish there was including a mattress it's the big pile in the entrance to the Midhurst road car park.
