Swimming / car share? - Rachel (2nd Mar 2014 - 21:54:08) Hi, I would like to go swimming at the Herons in Haslemere. I was wandering if anyone from Liphook might go, and if so could I have a lift with you! I do not have a car myself, but would be happy to pay my way! Re: Swimming / car share? - Emma (3rd Mar 2014 - 12:37:31) Hi Rachel, I don't know if this will help at all but I drive to the Taro Centre from Liphook every evening during the week to use the gym. I normally leave about 6pm. I don't know whether this might help? Emma :)

I was reading in the Haslemere newspaper that the members are up in arms about something or other - health suite closing? or something like that. I imagine the pool will have to shut if it is being emptied? There was a big petition to save the health suite, which was partially successful - mixed sex sauna and steam rooms are now included, but the jacuzzi is being lost - to be honest it wasn't working half the time anyway !
