Yoga in Liphook Village Hall

I'm starting a yoga class at Liphook Village Hall on the Headley Road on Thursday at 7pm. All are welcome - including beginners. Any queries, ring or text 07966 173961.

Hi. It's a hatha yoga class which is suitable to most people. We go through the postures incrementally so you can find your own level. We always finish with yoga relaxation/mindfulness. The fee is £6 per class and I appreciate it if you can let me know a few days before if you're coming but it is a drop-in class so you can just show up as well. All you need is a yoga mat. If you have yoga blocks, belts or blankets you like to use, please bring those. Any other queries, just get in touch. Melinda
