New shop
- Chris (19th Feb 2014 - 13:41:44)

Anyone have an idea of when the new surplus shop is open in liphook, the one in between lees garden and the golden boat.

Soon I hope - I've been thinking for years that Liphook really needs an army surplus shop.

DML - surely a shop being used for militaria is better than an empty shop - there are many enthusiasts

Absolutely LRAW - totally agree with you, we really need a militaria shop in Liphook.

What better way to spend an afternoon than to pick up a Chinese takeaway and a few bits and bobs of militaria. I've been saying for years this is just what Liphook has been waiting for.

Won't last long - Sainsburys will jump in there and start stocking camouflage gear and grenades soon.

Hi,
Please give a new shop a chance to our village. There are very few clothing shops in Liphook.
Living in the countryside this type of clothing could be popular and needed.
Support enterprise and it can bring on others to open new shops.

Absolutely Paul, I'll be popping in there for a new top as soon as it opens.

Perhaps a proper clothing shop would be more beneficial to Liphook instead of to many cafe\'s and estate agents....come on Liphook someone must realize that we need a shop which sells jeans and tops etc!!

I wait to see the best dressed men then in Liphook in camouflage gear and ex army surplus gracing our streets, all thinking they are Rambo.

I completely agree with Oscar - A busy shop is much better than an empty shop. Support your local businesses.

Very best of luck to Andy!

Rambo, what a great film!

Support local any local business, an occupied shop is FAR better than an empty shop.

I agree it is better than an empty shop but disagree that an army surplus store is just what we have all been waiting for!
