'3' mobile - no connection

Hi there,
My '3' mobile have no connection since yesterday.Just wander if there is problem with my own mobile phone or the problem of the '3' network.
Does anyone have the same issue?

We are the same barely get a signal and no 3G in liphook either!

I called them yesterday, I was told they are fixing the problem on Tuesday!!!
Fingers crossed they sort it out

It's the 8th day that I have no internet connection.I just can't believe that's how '3' mobile react to sort out problem.

Heh, that's annoying. Mind you, you should try living in Passfield, the 3 signal coverage is terrible here! I can just about receive texts if the phone is perched in one of a few places around the house (most of the time) and I can make calls if I stand leaning right against the upstairs window! >.<

Hi i think I cam beat that my landline started playing up in November, It has not worked at all since before Christmas, obviously that affected the broadband connection. it is now promised that talk talk and openreach will attend to this problem on 28th Feb nearly 4 months later despite me trying to ring them from my mobile every day, pathetic service.

I am on \\\\\\\'3\\\\\\\' and struggled to get a consistent signal, I contacted \\\\\\\'3\\\\\\\' reported the issue, they asked me to monitor it for 5 days, and they then sent a domestic booster that sits quietly in the corner of the room, giving me some 3G and far better reception than before.

Same problem with 3 mobile and I've only been with them 2 weeks, rang yesterday and my Home Signal Box or booster arrives tomorrow but you really need unlimited broadband connection as it uses a small amount of your allowance.

Tuesday has been and gone and still nothing! My mobile also starts up connecting to EE.... Can't be doing with this, not funny when you are paying for a service you cannot make use of.... Phoned to sound my frustrations earlier to just get passed around automated options so hung up... Was upgrading contract, now may not!

Hi again, I posted a thread on the 25th reference a Home Signal Box or booster arriving here on the 26th - 3 sent me the booster, it took all of 2 minutes to set-up, mind you had to do a reset after an hour but I just followed the easy instructions and now my 3 Mobile signal is 100 per cent. Wish you all luck.

After 2 hours on the phone again yesterday, they first told me we had no problems on our network!!
I wasn't too pleased, so ranted on for a while, they then past me to a manager. I noted down a direct number so no more automated phone calls to three from me, if anyone needs it ask the editor to forward your email to me.
They also told me that no one else in the GU30 area had complained. Anyway, today I seem to have more coverage than normal. Fingers crossed xxx

Funny that I phoned them yesterday re bad signal and no 3G they will call me back in 2 days, phoned half an hour later to tell me again they would call in 2 days, I'm sure they were just checking if I had a signal!
