TV Aerial

I had a new TV aerial erected just after Christmas by Orbital Stream Ltd. I Head Office in Nottinghamshire but I guess they came from Haslemere. Came within 1/2 hour to erect the aerial charging over £200 but now I can't get them back. When it is windy (which is has been of late!) - I cannot watch the TV it constantly breaks up. I have now been let down, without notification, six times - waiting in for these people to come and rectify matters and have now lost patience.
Can anybody recommend somebody who will come out when they say they will to help me please?

I have been having the same trouble as you, sadly, this is due to the weather.
