IT'S MAD PANTOMIME TIME AGAIN! - jennyw (10th Feb 2014 - 16:40:38) MAD has been performing for the good people of Liphook and surrounding area for 23 years and as always the Pantomime is written and directed by Vanessa Breach. Do come and join the Company for a happy afternoon/evening for all the family. This year the Cast will be entering the Kingdom of The Sleeping Beauty, with many twists, turns and fun along the way, with many songs to delight you. Bohunt School Liphook is the venue and the Performances will take place at the following times:- Friday 21 February at 7.30pm Saturday 22 February at 3.00pm and 7.30pm Tickets £10 are available online from www.thelittleboxoffice.com/mad or telephone Jo Banbury on 01730 263152. There is a special performance on Thursday 20 February at 7.30pm for the elderly, disabled or those people/families who would find a normal Performance difficult to attend. There is usually a charge of £5, but some tickets are free. I was loaned a DVD of last year's panto recently and it was great!! I can't think why we've never been to any of these pantos previously. Definitely will from now on!

There are also some free ones for disadvantaged people eg, people with mobility issues, learning difficulties, the elderly, people on benefits who have children, etc etc Contact Jan on 01428 723878 to get your hands on them!

Re: IT'S MAD PANTOMIME TIME AGAIN! - SJC (20th Feb 2014 - 00:16:52) Hi Everyone, Thank you to everyone who has already booked seats, it will be great to see you. Tickets will be available online until two and a half hours before the show. From then on they will be available on the door for that performance. By the way, people seem to be avoiding the left hand side of the seating area, there is no longer a live band accompanying us, the sound comes from above your heads, so sit where you like! Come and forget the wet weather and be transported to the Kingdom of Slumberland. See you there.

A passionate performance bursting with energy and enthusiasm, a testament to the dedication of local performers of all ages and abilities.

Dad said it was so well written and the song choices and singing were amazing. Well done Vanessa Breach for your Fantastic direction and writing and well done to all the MAD company for providing us with a FAB-U-LOUS Show Dahlings!!!!!

I'm the biggest sceptic around but I can honestly say these are great fun and a good night out. I hope the community supports this production in the future. I may be slightly biased as my 10 year old, 7 year old and wife rehearse, chaperone and put in a lot of effort for our entertainment along with the rest of the performers and supporters who make this happen.. Thank you for a fun laughter filled night I can't wait for the next one! If you have too much fun and laughter in your life then this isn't for you, if you could do with a little more then make sure you book your tickets for next year!
