Re: Channel 4's Wife Swap - Alex Cameron (7th Jun 2004 - 19:50:00) Aaaaah......RDF. Producers of the most widely exported TV format in years, and favourites of Broadcast magazine. Urgh. Interesting to note that an increasingly large amount of job adverts for tv producers are demanding 'female-orientated' programming experience. Also interesting that according to BARB, all these tired 'reality' formats comprise an audience that is 89% female. My sister sits in front of C4's **dire** 'The Salon' for hours and cannot explain why on earth she watches it, other than there is 'nothing else on'. I know from personal experience that producers are indeed laughing at 'the punters', when they make these idiotic programmes, but they don't know what else to chuck at them....
