SPORT.....EXERCISE .....'FUN & FITNESS' GROUP - Mary (29th Jan 2014 - 09:35:19) For the over 50 and 60's at the Taro Centre Petersfield Every Tuesday and Friday afternoons 1:40 to 4:20pm 'Pay as you go' £3.20 per afternoon INCLUDES...... 1 Hour Aerobic class (appropriate for 50/60 age) with lovely instructor... Tues 12.30 to 1.30 and Friday 1.30 to 2.30 Then any activity you like - Badminton - Table Tennis - Short mat bowls - Short tennis - Racketball - Squash - Swimming and use of the Fitness gym. You can borrow rackets etc for you to give any a try !! All welcome Good friendly bunch... quite a few from Liphook already!! Don't pay for those expensive Gym and class memberships ....just 'Pay as you go ' !!!.....no booking , just turn up and give it a go !!! Tuesday 12.30 to 1.30 and Friday 1.30 to 2.30 All the other activities run from 1.40 to 4.20 the idea is that anyone can mix and match any of the activities to suit their preferences

The price did go up 10p at the beginning of April to £3.30 per afternoon. All welcome ...just turn up and play. Hope to see you there.
